Proforma Invoices

Proforma Invoices are documents that state commitment from the seller to sell goods to the buyer at the specified prices and terms. It is used to declare the value of the trade. A Proforma Invoice is not a true invoice as it is not used to record accounts recievable for the seller and accounts payable for the buyer.

Proforma Invoices are of two types

• Sales Proforma Invoice
• Purchase Proforma Invoice

To create a New Proforma Invoice

1. On Dashboard, mouseover Invoices
2. Navigate to New Proforma Invoice and select
3. New Proforma Invoice page will open
4. Select the type of Proforma Invoice you want to create
5. Select other details of the Proforma Invoice you want to create
6. Select Submit

The Proforma Invoice functions on Webhuk are similar to Invoices. You can Add & Edit and Recalculate Proforma invoices in the manner as you would for Invoices.
