By accessing and using Webhuk ERP services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Webhuk ERP provides cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions, including but not limited to CRM, inventory management, invoicing, accounting, HR & payroll, and reporting services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Webhuk ERP service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Webhuk ERP Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the service. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webhuk ERP Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
