The Tradeboard also allows you to track Aging Quotations, Order & Payments with ease.
Each quotation, order & payment that has been raised either for sales or purchase has a validity that is set (configuration defaults). On the Tradeboard, when the validity of these elements has gone past its due date, the status of these elements will change on the Tradeboard.
These elements can be tracked by navigating and selecting the following applicable tabs on the tradeboard
- Aging Quotations
- Aging Orders
- Aging Invoices
Once the above mentioned elements have gone past their validity (in case of a sales quotation) / deadline (in case of a purchase quotation), the status of the quotation will show on the tradeboard.
Printing Report of Aging Quotations, Orders & Payments
You can also print a report of Aging Quotations, Orders & Payments, but in order to do so, you have to search for any of the elements via the search bar. Here you enter the details or specifics that you want to search for.
- Once you have completed your search, the list of aging elements will show
- Click on the Print Details button
- This will download a PDF report that you can view
