Logistics are the management of flow of resources into inventory or out of inventory in order to meet some requirements. Logistics are of two types

 

  • Incoming or Inbound Logistics
  • Outgoing or Outbound Logistics

 

Within the inventory, businesses may have branches and containers that are used to classify and store these items or products. Logistic is also the movement of items or products from one branch to another branch or from one container to another container.
