Instead of controlling access and permissions per user; especially where number of users could go up to thousands is not only tedious but could also lead to mistakes

 

And hence Roles and their association with Users and Teams

 

  1. After you are done Adding a New Role and Administering Permissions for the Role
  2. Simply select the Role for either while Creating User or Editing the User

 

Roles are not assigned to Teams making it possible to grant or deny access to individual users to one or many system areas.
